Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on building systems, machinery, and equipment using schematics and technical manuals.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues, utilizing tools like ohmmeters and working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to diagnose faults.
• Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings to accurately execute repairs and modifications.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Respond promptly to emergency repair requests or facility issues during night hours to minimize downtime and ensure safety.
• Perform Preventative maintenance on guest rooms and equipment

Requirements

• Proven experience in facilities maintenance, manufacturing, or related technical fields with a focus on electrical and mechanical systems.
• Excellent communication skills in English to effectively document work and collaborate with team members.
• Able to work alone and unsupervised
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and facility layouts accurately. Pay: $16.00 – $19.50 per hour
