EDA Contractors, Inc., is a specialty construction firm is seeking a motivated individual looking to join an exciting and diverse team. This is a tremendous opportunity for an individual who wants to join specialty contractor that performs work on many of the largest construction projects in the Northeast.

Job Responsibilities

• Answer and direct phone calls for the Estimating department
• Organize and schedule project dates and meetings
• Organizing and tracking of all Bid Invitations
• Sending out Bid Proposals upon request
• Downloading, organizing and printing all plans for projects bidding
• Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms as needed
• Update and maintain estimating policies and procedures
• Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients for the Estimating Department
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Facilitate weekly meetings
• Set up lunch and learn.
• Assist with additional tasks and special projects as requested, including administrative support related to contracts, documentation, and team operations.

Job Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent required
• 1-3 years administrative experience a plus
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
