Come join CV Escrow – Palm Springs, CA branch where we believe our greatest asset is our people. We are looking to add an Escrow Assistant to our growing team. In this role, you’ll work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, providing critical administrative and customer support to our Escrow team. This position plays a key role in helping make the dream of homeownership a reality.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in the escrow process, such as opening orders, inputting closing statement information, preparing documents for closing, handling the complete disbursement and follow-up
• Communicate regularly with customers during the escrow process flow
• Interpret various agreements as they relate to escrow closings
• Working with a variety of technologies to enable escrow transactions, assisting customers to ensure a phenomenal customer experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of escrow-related experience preferred

Pay Range: $20.31 – $27.09 Hourly

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
