Resort Closings, Inc. is a licensed Montana Escrow Company focused on the transfer of Timeshare ownerships on the resale market. Located in Bozeman, MT we’re an industry leader focused on building trust with every interaction.

The Escrow/Closing Agent is responsible for overseeing the legal transfer of ownership between the two parties related to the sale of a Timeshare. Their responsibilities include:

• Document collection and inspection for accuracy.
• Deed drafting and recording with the proper county.
• Compliance with all State and Resort guidelines to complete transfer of ownership.
• Balancing and closing any Escrow account related to the transfer of ownership.
• Preparing closing packets for all involved parties.

Successful candidates are friendly, patient, well organized and possess great attention to detail.

Our agents receive with a base rate of $22 per hour plus a bonus for every transfer completed, with experienced agents making approximately $25 per hour to $30 per hour.

All full-time employees are eligible for our group health plan which come with a 50% company contribution, Holiday pay, and Paid Time Off.
