Epoxy Installer Full Time

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation of various products in residential and commercial settings. This role requires a strong attention to detail, a commitment to quality workmanship, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. The Installer will ensure that all installations meet company standards and customer expectations.

Duties

• Perform installations of epoxy flooring, and other construction elements according to specifications.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during installation processes.
• Read and interpret schematics to ensure accurate installation.
• Collaborate with team members on construction sites to ensure efficient workflow.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the installation process.
• Address any needs as they arise during installations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients regarding project progress and addressing any concerns.

Skills

• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools essential for installation tasks.
• Experience in epoxy installation, and construction.
• Ability to read and understand plans.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
