Pay: $21–$42/hour (based on experience)

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented individual who takes pride in their work and thrives in a hands-on environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare surfaces (including concrete grinding and prep work)
• Apply epoxy coatings and topcoats using rollers, brushes, and tools
• Follow project guidelines and safety procedures
• Work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality results

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Physically capable (kneeling, lifting 50+ lbs, active work)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to travel to the South Shore and Cape Cod

Experience:

• 1+ year of epoxy experience preferred
• No experience? We’re willing to train the right candidate

Schedule:
Full-time, Monday–Friday (some weekends as needed)
Location: In person

Pay: $21.00 – $42.00 per hour
