CA Fiber Solutions is hiring an Entry Level Sales Representative (Spanish Speaking) to join our growing team. If you’re bilingual and enjoy working with customers, this is a great opportunity to build real sales experience while representing AT&T in your local community.

As an Entry Level Sales Representative (Spanish Speaking), you’ll connect with both English- and Spanish-speaking customers, helping them understand AT&T wireless options, upgrades, and plans. Your ability to clearly communicate in Spanish will play a key role in building trust, improving the customer experience, and driving sales results.

What You’ll Do as an Entry Level Sales Representative :

• Engage customers in Spanish and English to present AT&T products and services
• Explain AT&T wireless plans in simple, relatable terms to support sales
• Guide customers through upgrades, activations, and account changes
• Build strong relationships that lead to repeat sales opportunities
• Track interactions and follow-ups to maintain consistent sales performance
• Represent AT&T professionally in every customer interaction

What We’re Looking For in an Entry Level Sales Representative:

• Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
• Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
• Interest in sales and working directly with customers
• Motivated, reliable, and goal-oriented
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus
