About the Role

We are a sports and entertainment memorabilia company that partners with businesses across the country to host silent auctions supporting nonprofits.

Event Coordinators (8 AM – 5 PM):

• Call businesses (hotels, restaurants, etc.)
• Build relationships with decision-makers
• Secure locations for our charity auction displays

Brand Ambassadors (9 AM – 6 PM):

• Call auction winners
• Complete orders and collect shipping/payment info
• Create a positive, high-energy customer experience

Both roles involve outbound calling and structured goals.

Who We’re Looking For

You do NOT need call center or sales experience—but you DO need:

• Strong communication skills
• Confidence talking to new people
• Ability to build rapport quickly
• Reliability and consistent attendance
• A competitive, goal-oriented mindset

Pay & Incentives

Base Pay:

• Event Coordinators: $15/hour
• Brand Ambassadors: $13.50/hour

Additional Earnings:

• Commission (consistent and achievable)

• Attendance bonus (+$1.50/hour bonus eligibility for perfect attendance)
