Customer Experience Coordinator

What You’ll Do
As a key connection between customers and internal teams, you will:
Act as the primary point of contact, guiding customers through service requests with professionalism and care
Coordinate field service scheduling and logistics to ensure smooth execution
Manage and document customer inquiries with accuracy and attention to detail
Prepare service quotes and estimates to help customers make informed decisions
Track work orders and provide real-time updates via customer portals and direct communication
Utilize Microsoft CRM and ERP systems to manage workflows and customer data
Support reporting, daily operations, and help keep a fast-moving environment running efficiently
What We’re Looking ForCore Qualifications
1+ year of experience in customer service, administration, or coordination (internships and campus experience welcome!)
Strong organization, multitasking, and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Exposure to CRM/ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics or Navision is a plus)
Bonus Skills
Familiarity with purchase orders, invoicing, or RMAs
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
A proactive mindset and desire to build a long-term career

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lake Forest, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 – $23.00/hr.
