Entry-Level Client Representative Full Time

Our client is expanding in the Baxter area and hiring motivated individuals for an Entry-Level Client Representative role. This is a full-time, W2 position designed for individuals looking to build a long-term career in sales, customer service, and business development not just a temporary job.

No experience? No problem. If you bring the right mindset, we’ll provide the training.

What You’ll Be Doing (Day-to-Day):

• Work directly with customers in a retail sales environment inside major retailers
• Deliver face-to-face customer service and support new customer enrollments
• Represent well-known brands through in-store marketing and promotions
• Answer questions, provide solutions, and guide customers through services
• Build confidence in sales presentations, communication, and client relations
• Track performance metrics and work toward daily and weekly goals
• Collaborate with a team focused on growth, leadership development, and results

Compensation & Structure:

• W2 employment (not 1099 or contract)
• Weekly base pay + uncapped commission
• Average earnings: $850–$1,200/week
• Paid, hands-on training included

Schedule:

• Full-time (40–42 hours per week)
• Retail hours (day shifts, includes weekends)
• No overnight or late-night shifts
