Role Description

Prime Exchange Capital is seeking motivated entry-level AI Developers for part-time remote roles, to become Claude Certified Architects through Anthropic’s Partnership Network Program. Selected candidates will be required to complete certification training within 2 months of selection. Responsibilities include:

• Identifying gaps in business processes and recommending AI-driven improvements

• Building and implementing AI automation solutions for entrepreneurs, small businesses, and individuals

• Developing workflow automation tools that streamline everyday business operations

• Assisting with data collection and analysis to improve client outcomes

• Collaborating with the PXC team to test, refine, and deploy AI tools

• Learning and applying Natural Language Processing (NLP) to automate client-facing communication and reporting

Required Qualifications:

• No experience in programming or AI needed

• Ability to complete the Claude Certified Architect certification within 2 months of selection

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team environment

• Exceptional professionalism, and a service-oriented mindset aligned with PXC’s veteran-focused mission

• Ability to learn AI concepts, tools, and frameworks upon selection — especially Anthropic’s Claude ecosystem

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

• Foundational understanding of computer science principles (coursework, bootcamps, or self-study accepted)

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in software development or AI/ML engineering

• Proficiency in Python, R, or Java — Python preferred for AI/ML workflows

• Demonstrated experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) frameworks (e.g., Hugging Face, spaCy, NLTK)

• Knowledge of neural network architectures and pattern recognition techniques (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers)

• Familiarity with Anthropic’s Claude API or similar large language model (LLM) APIs

• Experience with cloud-based AI platforms (AWS SageMaker, Google Vertex AI, Azure AI, or similar)

• Exposure to AI-focused frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or LangChain

• Understanding of RESTful APIs, system integration, and AI application deployment

• Prior work in FinTech, accounting systems, or business intelligence is a significant plus

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent demonstrable experience)

• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
