Enterprise Sales Executive – Creative AI / AdTech | East Coast ( can be based anywhere on the east coast )

We’re recruiting exclusively on behalf of a fast-growing, independent AI-driven creative effectiveness company trusted by some of the world’s leading brands, media agencies, and publishers. Their methodology combines randomised controlled trials with real-world ad environments to give clients a clear, evidence-based view of creative performance before campaigns go live. They test over 1,000 ads quarterly across 30+ markets, working with global names across media, fashion, sport, luxury, and FMCG. This is a rare opportunity to join a high-growth team at a pivotal moment in their US expansion.

The Role

This is a pure new business hunter role for someone who can open doors at the senior marketing level and close complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals. You’ll own the full sales cycle – from cold outreach through to multi-year partnerships – and play a direct role in shaping the US go-to-market playbook.

What makes this different is the profile it demands. You’ll need to speak a creative director’s language one minute and hold your own with a Head of Insights on statistical methodology the next. This isn’t a features-and-pricing sale – it’s a consultative, diagnostic process that requires genuine curiosity, commercial discipline, and a real understanding of how great advertising works. As the second dedicated sales hire in the US, you’ll work closely with the CEO and leadership team with significant autonomy and upside.

What You’ll Do

• Build and own a new business pipeline from the ground up
• Sell into senior marketing and insights stakeholders at global brands – CMOs, VPs of Insights, Heads of Measurement
• Run full enterprise sales cycles from cold prospecting through pilot to scaled multi-market partnerships
• Execute high-impact diagnostic discovery conversations that create genuine strategic urgency
• Represent the company at industry events, building profile and pipeline simultaneously
• Collaborate with leadership to refine sales narratives, build collateral, and establish repeatable processes

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of enterprise hunting experience
• A genuine understanding of creative research, brand lift, and ad effectiveness – you know the difference between attention metrics and brand lift and why it matters
• Experience selling to VP-level and above at global advertisers – Marketing Directors, Heads of Measurement, Brand Insights leads
• Strong understanding of digital advertising environments – social, YouTube, CTV
• A self-starter who builds their own decks, writes their own outreach, and thrives without a large support infrastructure
• East Coast based

You’ll Stand Out If You Have

• Existing relationships with senior brand marketing or insights contacts ready to engage from day one
• Experience selling into or out of creative pretesting, attention measurement, or ad effectiveness platforms
• Background in media or creative agencies with a proven transition to outbound hunting
• Familiarity with SaaS business models and subscription-based sales cycles

Compensation

• Base salary: $150,000 – $170,000
• Highly competitive commission structure with residual income over three years and significant earning potential for high performers
