Job Title – Enterprise AI Sales Executive
Location – Remote (U.S. – Central or Eastern Region Preferred)

Must Have Skills:
- Proven hunter mentality with a strong existing rolodex in enterprise or mid-market accounts
- Experience selling AI, data, analytics, or digital transformation services
- Track record of closing complex, consultative deals ($100K–$1M+)
- Ability to sell custom, non-productized solutions
- Strong understanding of Microsoft AI ecosystem (Fabric, Power Platform, Agentic AI)
Responsibilities and Job Details:
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close, focused on net-new logo acquisition
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline (3–5x quota coverage) through proactive outreach and networking
- Engage C-level stakeholders (CIO, CTO, Chief Digital/AI Officers) to identify business needs
- Lead discovery conversations to uncover AI-driven use cases tied to measurable business outcomes
- Position and sell high-value AI strategy and custom engineering services
- Partner closely with technical and delivery teams to shape tailored solution proposals
- Drive deal strategy, structure, and negotiations for complex engagements
- Consistently close enterprise deals within the $100K to $1M+ range
- Maintain accurate CRM data and forecasting discipline
- Navigate multi-stakeholder sales cycles within enterprise environments
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment between sales and engineering teams
- Stay current on AI trends and effectively translate technical capabilities into business value
