Enrollment Associate (AT&T) Full Time NEW

Our clients have had massive success to start the year being able to generate and maintain a large and growing customer base and we need your help! We are looking for an Enrollment Associate (AT&T) to join our expanding team. This role will focus on engaging with and enrolling new customers into our clients’ available wireless services. We are willing to train highly motivated people from the Enrollment Associate (AT&T) position with our team to facilitate your long-term career success. As a part of our Enrollment Associate (AT&T) and Customer Experience team, you will be the front line of customer interaction, helping individuals find affordable wireless solutions. The ideal Wireless Enrollment Associate candidate will have exceptional communication skills and be genuinely excited to help others.

Responsibilities Of The Enrollment Associate (AT&T) :

• Interacting with customers to provide information in response to inquiries, concerns, and questions about their product offers
• Assisting members in enrollment and provider services
• Provide a daily breakdown of client interactions to the Enrollment Associate (AT&T) team, and offer feedback to improve the client experience
• Be familiar with all products and services we promote and sell to be able to answer any questions or inquiries if needed
• Adapt on the spot to address and resolve any customer issues, concerns, or questions
• Proactively identify opportunities to drive sales, boost engagement, and help businesses succeed

What We Look for in an Enrollment Associate (AT&T) :

• 1-2 years of experience in a sales, enrollment, or client-facing role is highly recommended
• Maintains a high-energy attitude
• Confident ability to build meaningful and lasting relationships with new and existing customers
• Sharp interpersonal skills in a fast-paced environment
• Strives for growth in a team dynamic
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced sales environment and handle multiple tasks
• Ability and determination to learn from senior AT&T Wireless Enrollment Associates

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $64,350.00 – $68,339.00 per year
