Employee Relations Specialist
The Employee Relations Specialist is a critical member of the HR Business Partner team, supporting a dynamic organization of approximately 700 corporate employees across six business units. This role is responsible for managing escalated employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and driving consistent application of company policies and practices. The specialist serves as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, balancing employee advocacy with organizational risk mitigation.

Compensation Details: Pay ranges at SMB are designed to reflect skills, experience, and business needs. The range shown excludes location-based adjustments, and most new hires start below the top of the range. For this role, the estimated range starts at $95,000.
