Growing, small company expects to blow thru $1.1million in gross revenue in the next 12 months, and we need to add to our people to make this happen.
We, Rollin’ Along, save the life and lives of our clients by installing and servicing Lifts, Ramps, Door Operators and Elevators that provide safe and usable access to businesses, homes, vehicles, and the world
Presently we have 2 technicians, and 4 office people, you will add to our technician people. This work will involve installing, servicing lifts, ramps, door operators and elevators. Every day will look different, as we travel around the San Francisco Bay Area making our work happen.

Your responsibilities include:
· Bringing knowledge, skills and care to the installation and repair of the equipment we provide.
· As a representative of our company, we will provide you with tools, uniforms and the authority to get the work done
· Reading and following the installation procedures
· Working safely so that you and your team mates go home in one piece
· Tighten bolts without breaking them
· Safe usage of tools
· Driving our vehicles – Need a clean, current California Driver’s License
· Able to safely lift 100#
Specific Qualifications:
· Legally able to work in the United States
· Able to Speak, Read, Write and understand English.
· Available to work weekends. (Negotiable in the specific dates and times)
· DMV Report required, Active License a must. You must be insurable
· Reliable transportation to and from our office.
· Work experience as a technician in other related fields helpful and not required
About the position:
· This job involves moving material into position. At points you will need to lift up to 100# on your own. Specifically, you are able to bend, sit, climb, stoop, push and pull.
· We routinely climb 20 steps, 20 to 30 times in one day, while lifting or maneuvering hardware into position.
· You will cleanup the jobsite, removing and separating recyclables. As part of your work, you will organize the reusable material and deliver or responsibly dispose of it as needed.
· We are a “Till Done” company and do not work 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. We may complete the day’s work at 7pm or later.
· Overtime pay starts at 8:00 hours on any day.
· Rollin’ Along supplies all tools required, transportation, bridge toll etc. from our base in Oakland to all job sites.
· As we work at our client’s homes, this is a non-smoking work site.
· We provide health insurance for you.
