SUMMARY: The ESS Field Engineer is responsible for test and installation support of ESS systems. The ESS Field Engineer must be able to read system requirements and produce system diagrams, bills of materials, and other engineering and installation support materials. The ESS Field Engineer should be familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures regarding ESS design and deployment on Government installations.

Supervisory Responsibility: This position provides assistance to field personnel and technicians during installation and System Acceptance Test (SAT).

Work Environment – The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. The employee will normally work in a BCF integration facility or at the customer site for system installation and/or testing. The noise level in the work environment and job site can be loud.
