Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging classroom lessons and industry standards such as OSHA regulations.
• Develop and update curriculum materials that incorporate current industry practices and emerging technologies.
• Supervise hands-on training sessions in electrical wiring, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair.
• Assess student progress through tests, practical demonstrations, and project evaluations; provide constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.
• Ensure a safe learning environment by enforcing safety protocols aligned with OSHA standards and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with industry partners to keep training relevant and aligned with workforce needs; participate in program accreditation processes if applicable.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and student achievements; prepare reports as required.

Qualifications

• Three years or more proven electrical experience with a strong understanding of electrical systems.
• Prior classroom or training experience in adult education or technical instruction preferred.
• Familiarity with safety standards including OSHA regulations applicable to industrial environments.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to adult learners of diverse backgrounds.
• Relevant certifications such as Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent credentials are a plus.
