Education Advisor & Strategy Lead Full Time

At Polariz, we’re building an AI-native platform helping support children in the Autism space.

We are looking for an Educational Advisor with a deep understanding of the EdTech ecosystem and school systems to help guide how our platform can effectively support children, families, educators, and schools.

If you have experience working with schools, districts, educational programs, special education, or EdTech products — and are excited about helping innovative solutions reach families and classrooms — we would love to connect.

What You’ll Do

• Advise on educational and school ecosystems
• Provide strategic guidance on product direction based on educator, parent, and student needs
• Help us better understand special education, speech support, and developmental learning pathways within schools
• Support go-to-market thinking for education partnerships and adoption

Who You Are

• Strong understanding of special education and school systems
• Experience working with schools, districts, educational institutions, or EdTech organizations
• Familiarity with special education, speech support, developmental delays, or learning support programs is a strong plus
• Excited about early-stage startups and building meaningful products from the ground up
• Strategic thinker with a strong network and understanding of the education ecosystem
