Ecommerce Operations Coordinator Full Time NEW

We’re Dayglow, home to exceptional consumer goods brands. We’re seeking an Ecommerce Operations Coordinator to manage a growing portfolio of consumer brands across kitchen, home organization, and lifestyle categories. Six brands, nine retail and marketplace channels today, some heavier lift than others but all demanding the kind of attention to detail that makes this work interesting. You’ll own the health and growth of marketplace channels: Walmart, Target Plus, Wayfair, and whatever comes next. You’ll also support our broader retail partnerships, including Home Depot and Nordstrom, as they come online. You’ll be the person who knows what’s happening on each channel, sees the vision of what’s next, and can fix what’s broken before it becomes a problem. 

This is equal parts strategic and tactical. You’ll manage channel relationships, coordinate with our ERP team on inventory and order routing, monitor orders and customer service requests, and work alongside AI tools that you’ll help refine every day. The more the tools handle, the more time you spend on judgment calls. 

What You’ll Do:  

• Marketplace channel operations: own Walmart, Target Plus, Wayfair, and emerging channels. Catalog management, item setup, compliance documentation, brand registry, order monitoring, and channel-level reporting.  
• ERP and platform coordination: work with our ERP team (a homebuilt platform, now in commercial use) to ensure inventory feeds, order routing, and product data flow correctly across channels. 
• New channel onboarding: when we open a new retail channel, you take it from application to live. Due diligence, SKU selection, profitability validation, content upload, launch monitoring.  
• Orders, service, compliance: monitor seller health across channels. Catch late orders before they become penalties. Handle customer service requests. Acknowledge deductions within windows.  
• AI tooling and workflows: we use AI every day for content generation, reporting, catalog updates, and analysis, and we build our own tools on top of it. You won’t just use tools. You’ll help build and refine systems and replace or update internal workflows that replace manual work. This is a team that builds. 
• Reporting and visibility: monthly channel performance. SKU-level sales tracking. Inventory status. You make the numbers visible so leadership can make decisions without having to ask. 

What You Bring:  

• You have experience in ecommerce or marketplace operations, or you have strong AI experience, and we’ll train you on the marketplace side. Either path works. Curiosity matters more than a specific resume line. 
• You’re comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets. You can build a report from raw data, or you know how to have Claude help you get there. Either way, numbers don’t intimidate you. 
• You’re technically curious. You’ve used AI tools and you see them as leverage. You want to learn how to build prompts and refine systems, not just consume their output. 
• You’re organized without being asked. Multiple channels, multiple brands, multiple timelines. You keep track of what’s happening because that’s just how you operate. 
• You communicate clearly. When someone asks what’s going on, you give the number, the context, and what you’d recommend. 
• You’re in or near Cleveland. We’re a remote-friendly company, but this role benefits from being in the room regularly, not every day but not never.
