We are a fast-growing, family-owned e-commerce business specializing in agates, crystals, and minerals. We sell through online platforms and live auctions, and our team is growing quickly as demand increases.

Position Overview

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented E-Commerce Associate to support daily order fulfillment and assist with live online auctions.

This role is primarily focused on packing and shipping orders accurately and efficiently, while also helping maintain organization and supporting live sales events.

Key Responsibilities

• Pack and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently (top priority) Ensure items are handled carefully to prevent damage Maintain a clean, organized workspace Track and restock packing supplies Assist with live online auctions (WhatNot platform) Help prepare and reset the workspace before and after shows

Schedule

• Full-Time: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM (35–40 hours/week)
• Occasional availability for live shows may be required

Compensation

• $20–$25/hour (based on experience) Opportunity for increased responsibility and growth over time

What Success Looks Like (First 30 Days)

• Consistently packs orders quickly and accurately Maintains a strong pace in a fast-moving environment Shows up on time and ready to work every shift Takes initiative to stay organized and keep workflow moving

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• Reliable and punctual Able to lift up to 30 lbs Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Strong attention to detail Reliable transportation Comfortable interacting with others during live sales

Preferred (Nice-to-Have)

• Experience with packing/shipping or warehouse work Familiarity with live selling platforms (WhatNot, etc.) Interest or knowledge in crystals, minerals, or agates Sales or customer-facing experience

Work Environment

• Fast-paced, hands-on work Repetitive tasks with some variation Small team, startup-style environment Work is conducted onsite in a small business setting
