Drain Technician (1 Yr Drain Cleaning Experience Required) Full Time NEW

Hyper Flow Service is a growing plumbing, drain cleaning, and excavation company looking for a motivated and dependable Drain Technician to join our team.

This role focuses primarily on drain cleaning, sewer, and plumbing service work in residential and commercial environments. Bonus points if you have beginner plumbing experience or knowledge and are looking to grow your skill set.

This is a full-time afternoon/evening position with a shift of 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM, including occasional weekends and after-hours work as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform drain cleaning and sewer line services on residential and commercial systems
• Diagnose drain and plumbing issues and recommend solutions
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing and drainage systems
• Perform service work ranging from minor repairs to more complex plumbing and drain issues
• Identify proper materials and quantities needed for jobs and repairs
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in clean and working condition
• Complete job notes, photos, and documentation accurately
• Deliver excellent customer service and communicate professionally with customers and team members

Qualifications

• Drain cleaning experience preferred
• Beginner plumbing experience or knowledge is a plus
• Septic experience preferred but not required
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to operate basic hand tools necessary for the job
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working independently and in customers’ homes/businesses
• Sales and customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Ability to work afternoon/evening hours (12 PM – 10 PM), weekends, and occasional after-hours calls
