Role Overview
We are hiring a Document Specialist to organise, format, and manage documents across the business. The role combines speed, accuracy, and an eye for layout — keeping the company’s documentation accurate, accessible, and on brand.
Key Responsibilities
– Format, edit, and produce documents to internal and client specifications
– Maintain document templates, style guides, and branded asset libraries
– Manage version control and document workflows
– Convert documents between formats (Word, PDF, Google Docs) and platforms
– Support contract assembly, redlining, and execution workflows
– Maintain organised digital filing systems with accurate metadata
Required Skills and Qualifications
– 2+ years in document production, formatting, or paralegal-adjacent work
– Mastery of Microsoft Word, Google Docs, and PDF editing tools
– Strong eye for layout, typography, and document polish
– Familiarity with document management systems (SharePoint, NetDocuments, iManage)
– Excellent attention to detail and proofreading discipline
– Comfort handling confidential and sensitive material
