Position: Bottling Line Helper Overview:

Job Summary
Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Bottling Line Helper, where you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our beverage production line. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, supporting the packaging and bottling processes for craft spirits and other specialty beverages. Your dedication will help maintain high standards of food safety, sanitation, and quality control, contributing directly to delivering exceptional products to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setting up, operating, and monitoring bottling line equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Support sanitation efforts by maintaining cleanliness of the production area, equipment, and packaging materials in compliance with HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) standards.
• Help with packaging operations, including loading bottles onto conveyors, capping, labeling, and quality inspection.
• Conduct routine inspections of machinery and report any mechanical issues or malfunctions promptly to maintenance staff.
• Support warehouse activities such as inventory management, material handling with forklifts, and organizing supplies for production needs.
• Follow all food safety protocols and safety procedures to uphold industry standards within the food and beverage sector.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Requirements

• Prior experience in manufacturing, food industry, or packaging environments is preferred.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices, HACCP, CGMP, and food safety standards is highly desirable.
• Mechanical aptitude with basic understanding of machinery operation and troubleshooting.
• Ability to operate forklifts or willingness to obtain certification; warehouse experience is a plus.
• Experience in distilling or spirit production is advantageous but not required.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as needed.
