Accountabilities

In this role, you will lead the design and execution of relationship marketing strategies that strengthen customer engagement, improve lifecycle performance, and drive measurable revenue impact.

• Lead the development and execution of omni-channel relationship marketing and CRM strategies aligned with client business goals
• Translate data, customer insights, and emerging technologies into actionable marketing strategies and campaign concepts
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, building long-term relationships and guiding strategic decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including account management, analytics, creative, and operations to deliver integrated solutions
• Identify key performance metrics and measurement frameworks to demonstrate marketing impact and ROI
• Contribute to new business opportunities by developing strategic recommendations and solution frameworks

Requirements

This role requires strong experience in data-driven marketing and CRM strategy, combined with leadership capabilities and client-facing expertise.

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 8+ years of experience in data-driven marketing, CRM, email, or omni-channel marketing
• 5+ years of experience in an agency or consulting environment
• Proven experience leading teams and mentoring marketing professionals
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle strategy and messaging across channels
• Hands-on experience using data, research, and analytics tools to inform strategy and decisions
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and client presentations
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Braze or Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus
• Healthcare or regulated industry experience is a plus
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and client presentation skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a matrixed environment
• Ability to influence stakeholders and operate with a high degree of autonomy and strategic ownership
