The Role
- Lead process improvement initiatives to identify opportunities for re-engineering, optimization, and automation
- Partner with stakeholders across Investment Services to assess current-state workflows and design scalable, tech-enabled solutions
- Drive the development of reporting and dashboards (Power BI / Tableau) to enhance decision-making and operational visibility
- Build and implement automation solutions that reduce operational risk and improve efficiency at scale
- Translate business challenges into strategic, technology-enabled roadmaps
- Conduct industry research on emerging automation trends and best practices
Experience
- 10+ years of experience within financial services, ideally supporting Investment Services or Investment Operations
- Proven track record of modernizing business processes using automation, data analytics, and technology solutions
- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI and/or Tableau for dashboarding and reporting (critical requirement)
- Experience leading automation initiatives using both Agile and traditional methodologies
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Deep understanding of operational risk, internal controls, and process optimization
- Investment Management or Asset Management experience is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred
