Scope of Position: The Director of Training and Staff Development, reporting to the Vice President of Quality Improvement, Evaluation, and Training, serves as the strategic leader responsible for all agency-wide training initiatives. This role supports staff working with adults experiencing serious mental illness, substance use disorders, and psychosocial challenges across The Bridge’s comprehensive system of care, including outreach, day programming, clinical services, and supportive housing. As a key member of the Quality Improvement, Compliance & Training Department, the Director ensures that training and quality improvement efforts align with funder requirements, regulatory standards, and stakeholder expectations while promoting trauma-informed, client-centered care throughout the organization.
