Responsibilities
• Focus on building strategic relationships with major global accounts, developing the partner ecosystem, and leading a high-performance sales organization to achieve scalable revenue growth. Focus on maintaining relationships and recruiting local partners
• Lead joint business planning and high-level negotiations.
• Responsible for executing the long-term growth strategy for the Company’s key market
• Establish and maintain a data-driven sales forecasting, pipeline management, and business analysis system, providing accurate business insights and decision support to management
• Lead and manage close collaboration with China-Singapore team to ensure seamless integration and efficient execution of technical resources, market support, and joint sales activities.
• Build, mentor, and lead the strategic sales team. Establish sales processes, KPIs, and a performance-driven culture.
Qualifications
• Minimum 10 years of experience in telecommunications/wireless infrastructure sales, with a proven track record of handling big and important clients.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a leadership capacity, with direct responsibility for managing other managers or team leaders.
• A strong track record in strategic account development, large deal negotiation, and introducing new wireless technologies to the market.
• Proven Expertise in Key Technologies: Hands-on experience with Wireless Coverage, Small Cell, Private LTE/Private 5G, CBRS/shared spectrum, in-building wireless (IBW), enterprise wireless infrastructure, and/or Fixed Wireless Access (FWA).
• A robust network and credibility within the telecom infrastructure ecosystem, with prior experience at companies or similar vendors is highly advantageous.
• Extensive experience working in multicultural business environments, proficient in complex collaboration models with multinational corporations, group subsidiaries, and external technology partners.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English (working language).
• Willingness to travel frequently
