Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Director of Strategic Accounts. The selected candidate will oversee and manage key client relationships, develop account strategies, and foster long-term partnerships to ensure client satisfaction and business growth. The role involves driving sales, leading and mentoring account teams, and managing complex projects to deliver on agreed objectives. Collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders to align on client goals and expectations is essential to the success of this role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Account Management, with a focus on client relationship building and strategy development
• Strong Team Management and Team Leadership abilities to empower and guide teams toward achieving shared objectives
• Demonstrated expertise in Sales, including identifying opportunities, closing deals, and exceeding sales targets
• Proficiency in Project Management, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment and adapt to shifting priorities
• Experience in the technology or B2B marketing industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
