Role Description

This full-time, remote Director of Service Experience role is responsible for overseeing and enhancing customer service operations and ensuring an exceptional service experience for clients. Key responsibilities include managing customer satisfaction strategies, ensuring efficient use of budgets, overseeing customer service teams, implementing training programs, and developing a culture of excellence. The role requires collaborating across departments to ensure seamless service delivery while leading a team to meet and exceed client expectations.

• Proficiency in Budgeting and resource allocation to optimize operations efficiently
• Strong Team Leadership and Training capabilities to develop high-performing teams
• Proven experience implementing customer-centric strategies and service quality improvements
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, fast-paced, and dynamic environment
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• Experience in financial services or working in a global organization is a plus
