Position Overview
The Director of Programs will provide strategic leadership and oversight for a growing portfolio of national education, advocacy, and research initiatives. Reporting to the Executive Director, this role ensures programs are thoughtfully designed, effectively implemented, and meaningfully evaluated to advance mission impact. This part-time contractual role offers competitive hourly compensation of $42 per hour, with opportunity for renewal and potential rate increase based on organizational growth and mutual agreement. The position provides a flexible 20–25 hour per week schedule in a fully remote environment, allowing for strong work-life balance. Occasional travel may be supported as needed.
