Director of Operations & Logistics

We are an internationally oriented company operating in the board games and TCG cards segment, with an active USA expansion.

To support our continued growth, we are looking for a Director of Operations & Logistics to oversee and optimize our USA logistics network, operational execution, fulfillment processes, and coordination with international teams.

This is a remote, execution-focused leadership role covering logistics management, operational scaling, inventory coordination, warehouse and partner oversight, and process optimization.

Responsibilities:

• oversee and optimize logistics, fulfillment, warehousing, and operational workflows across the USA market
• coordinate with international teams, suppliers, warehouses, and logistics partners
• manage inventory flow, forecasting, replenishment, and operational planning
• improve operational efficiency, scalability, and fulfillment performance
• establish and maintain structured logistics and operational processes
• monitor KPIs, shipping performance, operational costs, and service quality
• support expansion initiatives and operational execution within the USA market
• identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions
• collaborate closely with sales and management teams to ensure smooth business operations
• maintain strong relationships with external operational and logistics partners

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in logistics, operations, supply chain, or fulfillment management
• experience in a fast-growing, operationally intensive environment
• strong understanding of inventory management, warehousing, and logistics coordination
• proven ability to manage multiple operational partners and priorities simultaneously
• highly organized, analytical, and execution-oriented mindset
• ability to build and optimize operational structures from scratch
• strong communication and coordination skills in international environments
• proactive, reliable, and solution-driven personality
