After three years of steady growth, we’re entering our next chapter, and we’re hiring a
Director of Operations & Growth to lead it.
The Role
This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for how the clinic runs, how the team performs, and how the business grows. You will report directly to ownership and partner closely with our Brand & Education Manager and clinical leadership.
You’ll inherit a real business, not a blank slate. Established vendor relationships across injectables, lasers, implants, surgical products, and skincare. Built-out SOPs. A tracked KPI framework. A team that knows the standard and expects to be held to it. Your job is to take what’s here and make it sharper, faster, and stronger every quarter.
What You’ll Own
Operations. Daily clinic flow, scheduling, provider utilization, EMR and systems. Problems spotted early and fixed.
Team. Hiring, onboarding, training, performance, and terminations. Real HR documentation. Underperformance addressed directly rather than ignored.
Revenue. KPIs tracked and enforced across departments. Missed opportunities identified and corrected. A team coached to sell through education, not discounts.
Inventory & Vendors. Accurate, controlled inventory. Strategic relationships across tox, injectable, laser, implant, and skincare partners leveraged for promotions, demos, samples, and ongoing team education.
Patient Experience. A consistent, high-touch, luxury experience. You step in when the front desk needs it. No patient ever feels dropped.
Payroll & Financial Operations. Bi-weekly payroll run cleanly through an accounting firm. Hours, commissions, and bonuses accurate. Close partnership with ownership and accounting.
Leadership. Regular partnership with ownership, bringing solutions, not just problems. Deep understanding of every part of the business.

Compensation
Base salary range 100k-130k based on experience. Health, Dental, PTO, and product allowance included. We pay well for the right person.
