ABOUT YOUTH RISING
Youth Rising is a multi-state nonprofit growing into a national organization, serving youth and young adults ages 11-24 through mental health support, prevention and intervention programs, workforce development, and services for justice-involved populations.
We are a mission-driven, collaborative team that values strong culture, quality of life, and meaningful impact. While we have historically operated as a fully remote team across the country, we are now intentionally focusing on building a more local and regional leadership and administrative team to strengthen connection, collaboration, and execution.

STRONGLY PREFERRED FEDERAL GRANT EXPERIENCE
Candidates with experience working with these agencies or closely related federal funding streams will be strongly prioritized.
POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a highly experienced Grants Director who operates as both a strategic leader and hands-on grant writer/manager. Over time, additional team members will be added to the grants department.

This is a senior-level role requiring deep expertise in federal and government grants. The ideal candidate is both highly strategic and highly execution-oriented.
