Job Overview
St. Anne’s Episcopal School, an independent Episcopal day school serving students from Preschool through 8th Grade, is seeking a passionate and skilled educational leader to join our administrative team. Reporting to the Head of School, this position is ideal for a candidate who is committed to fostering intellectual growth, collaboration, and shares a love for learning while emphasizing the development of strong academic foundations. As a key member of the Educational Leadership Team, this position regularly collaborates with the Primary/Lower School Division Head and the Middle School Division Head.

General Job Description
As a member of the senior leadership team at St. Anne’s Episcopal School, the Director of Educational Program must possess a strong interest in planning and curriculum programming, along with exceptional written and oral communication skills. The Director must also be comfortable with and enthusiastic about working with students aged Preschool through 8th Grade. The Director must have the capacity to work with others in a high-functioning, collaborative and innovative educational setting; be collaborative, resilient, flexible, diplomatic, confident, patient, professional, technologically savvy and have a sense of humor.
The duties of the Director of Educational Program are assigned by the Head of School.

Physical Requirements:
Regularly sit, turn, bend, reach, stand, walk, talk, hear, and interact with campus visitors as well as with others. Must have the ability to understand and present materials and communicate with constituents and co-workers in a harmonious manner. Must be able to lift 25lbs.
