Role Description

CytoCync is seeking a Director of Data – Healthcare for a contract, remote role. This individual will lead data-related initiatives, analyzing healthcare data to derive insights, managing data projects, and developing strategic opportunities. The Director will also work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and training staff, to ensure data aligns with business goals and regulatory standards.

• Experience in effectively engaging with sales teams to support data-driven business strategies and client communication.
• Background in the healthcare industry, with knowledge of healthcare compliance and data privacy regulations.
• Ability to train cross-functional teams on data-related tools, systems, and best practices.
• Proficiency in project management with demonstrated organizational and multitasking capabilities.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with HIPAA-compliant data handling or similar regulatory frameworks is highly valued.
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred.
