The Director of Facilities Client Growth fills several different roles related to FMS Department, new business growth. One main role is new business, revenue achievement within strategic goals. Actively identifying and generating new prospects while utilizing strategies geared towards potential customers in target markets is paramount. In addition, establishing and maintaining good working relationships with prospects and new clients will also be key as this supports increased client retention while promoting new sales and connections through referrals and references. Along those same lines, this individual must also locate and develop new and existing referral sources from which successful referential relationships can be gained.
