Director of Business Development & Sales Strategy Full Time NEW

Systec101 is a growing network infrastructure and structured cabling company specializing in commercial copper, fiber optic, and low voltage systems.

In addition to traditional infrastructure services, we are developing innovative technologies and workflow systems designed to modernize how network projects are deployed and managed—including a proprietary project management platform and a new pre-terminated cabling system focused on improving installation speed, reliability, and scalability.

We are looking for a strategic business development leader to help drive growth, expand into new markets, and help shape the future direction of the company.

Position Overview

This is not a traditional sales role.

We are seeking an experienced business development and sales strategy professional who can help build and scale our growth engine.

The ideal candidate understands how to:

• Develop business development systems
• Enter new markets
• Generate strategic partnerships
• Position innovative infrastructure solutions
• Identify and pursue project opportunities
• Improve sales and proposal processes
• Help drive long-term revenue growth

This role will work directly with company leadership and have a significant impact on overall company strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business development and sales growth strategies
• Identify new target markets and revenue opportunities
• Build relationships with:
• General Contractors
• Property Managers
• IT Service Providers
• Developers
• Enterprise clients
• Help improve project win rates and proposal strategies
• Assist in identifying and pursuing RFP/RFQ opportunities
• Develop outreach and lead generation systems
• Help position and introduce innovative infrastructure products to the market
• Create scalable sales processes and pipeline workflows
• Assist with strategic partnerships and channel development

Qualifications

• 5+ years of business development or sales leadership experience
• Experience in one or more of the following industries preferred:
• Structured cabling
• Low voltage
• Telecom infrastructure
• Construction
• Technology infrastructure
• Proven experience generating revenue and developing new business
• Strong understanding of relationship-driven and project-based sales
• Ability to think strategically while also executing tactically
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset preferred

Compensation

Flexible structure depending on experience and engagement type:
