The Opportunity
Ralph Lauren is one of the most iconic names in American luxury — and this is your chance to lead the next chapter of its fragrance story.
As Director of Marketing, you will own the brand’s most strategically vital franchises, shape its cultural positioning, and serve as the senior US marketing voice in close collaboration with the global team and the Ralph Lauren fashion house. You will drive brand elevation at a pivotal moment — with major launches ahead and a bold ambition to grow the brand’s footprint in prestige retail.
We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes the US prestige fragrance market — deeply fluent in the retailer ecosystem, culturally immersed, and equally at home crafting long-term brand strategy as spotting the next creator moment that makes Ralph Lauren part of the conversation.
