Accountabilities

Lead the development and execution of external communications strategies that position the organization and its operating companies effectively across global audiences.

• Create and deliver compelling stories across owned, earned, and social media channels to strengthen brand visibility and reputation.
• Partner with business leaders, communications teams, and stakeholders to identify and develop high-impact narratives.
• Support executive communications, including earnings preparation, M&A messaging, and other enterprise-level announcements.
• Serve as a key liaison for external partners, including charitable organizations and community initiatives.
• Measure and analyze the effectiveness of external communication efforts and refine strategies based on insights and performance data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across global markets and business units.
• Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance content creation and communication efficiency.
• Contribute to enterprise storytelling that supports investor relations, customer engagement, and talent attraction.

Requirements

7+ years of experience in external communications, corporate communications, public relations, or journalism, ideally within global or enterprise environments.

• Proven ability to design and execute large-scale, enterprise-wide communication strategies.
• Exceptional storytelling, writing, and editorial skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working alongside senior executives and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to translate data and insights into clear, actionable communication strategies.
• Familiarity with AI tools and digital communication technologies is strongly preferred.
• Experience in preparing executive-level messaging, including investor-facing or high-visibility corporate communications.
• Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global, and highly collaborative environment.
