Background:
AI & Digital serves an integral part of the Strategy, Innovation & Deployment (SI&D) organization. Our product teams deploy, maintain and optimize digital products, enabling seamless user experiences, operational efficiency and digital innovation across Supply Chain.
We are looking for an experienced (Remote) Digital Product Owner to lead discovery and development for emerging High Priority Portfolio. Must be able to utilize Agile methodology. to identify product requirements ( E2E ) and work directly with key business partners.
Major Responsibilities Include:
- Technical ownership in the delivery of digital solutions to support the digital capability pipeline and for DPS Supply Chain.
- Work effectively in a Global multi-functional team environment, brainstorm solutions, develop practical innovative cost-effective design concepts, and lead change.
- Driving best practice work with internal and external technical team to influence the architectural and UX/UI design of digital products.
- Utilizing Agile methodology this role will lead by identifying product requirements ( E2E ) by working with key business partners.
- Working closely with the business to manage the development of product ‘user stories’ through the product software development cycle.
- Orchestrate feedback cycles between business owners and technical team, using an iterative approach to drive maximum value to the customer.
- Lead the implementation of new ways to improve the sharing of organizational information.
- Motivate and coach team to operational success / Drive culture of continuous improvement.
- As required develop and plan project work schedules, track expenditures, and prepare monthly reports as required, ensure effective communication of ideas, information, and risks to appropriate partners.
- Maintain compliance with all company policies in respect to all safety, QSR and environmental issues.
Requirements:
- Strong data/digital literacy in conjunction with data visualization experience.
- Experience managing products through the product life cycle using Agile methodologies
- Experience leading Scrum Team to develop and deploy software
- Excellent interpersonal skills along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
- Able to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment and manage a technical staff.
- Leadership experience in orchestrating cross functional matrix teams.
- Must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
- Ability Influence/collaborate with cross functional stakeholders to support business goals.
