HOUND | Los Angeles (ideally LA-based, open to hybrid/remote)
HOUND is a creative production company working across music videos, commercials, and digital content. We’re looking for a part-time Digital Marketing Coordinator who lives and breathes internet culture, understands how content moves, and is down to get their hands dirty across both creative and admin work.
This is a great role for someone who wants to be in the mix. You’ll be supporting our digital team while also helping keep content organized, live, and moving across all platforms.
What you’ll be doing:
• Supporting day-to-day social media across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, and more
• Staying on top of trends, sounds, memes, and cultural moments and bringing ideas to the table
• Assisting with content planning, posting, and community engagement
• Uploading and organizing content in our internal systems (Shots / content drives)
• Uploading videos and updating content on our website
• Helping cut together reels and selects for commercial bids and internal use
• Basic video editing for social content (short-form, quick turn edits)
• Creating simple graphics using Canva or similar tools
• Assisting with general digital/admin tasks and keeping projects organized
• Communicating clearly across team members, clients, and partners via email
What we’re looking for:
• Someone who is extremely tapped into social media trends and culture
• Deep understanding of all major platforms and how content performs on each
• Strong instincts for what works online and why
• Basic video editing skills (Premiere, CapCut, or similar)
• Comfortable with graphic design (Canva is totally fine)
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple things at once
• Strong communication skills and proper email etiquette
• A self-starter who takes initiative and figures things out
• A hustler mentality with a positive attitude
• Must love music and have a genuine interest in the space
Bonus points:
• Experience working in music, entertainment, or production
• Familiarity with content management systems and asset organization
• Experience cutting reels or pitch materials
Additional perks:
• If you’re based in Los Angeles, there will be opportunities to work on set as a Production Assistant and gain hands-on experience in the field
This role is ideal for someone who wants real exposure to the creative and production world while building hands-on experience in digital marketing and production.
If you’re someone who’s always online, always early to trends, and wants to be part of a fast-moving creative team, we want to hear from you.
