Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Design Associate based in Brentwood, TN. This role is hourly + commission compensarion. The Design Associate will collaborate with clients to create functional and stylish interior spaces, assist with furniture and décor selection, and provide tailored design recommendations. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading client consultations, managing design projects, using on-site tools to create visual concepts, and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service and communication.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in sales and design, with an ability to conceptualize and execute creative layouts
• Proficiency in Project Management and the ability to prioritize and oversee multiple design projects simultaneously
• Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to effectively connect with clients, present ideas, continual follow and provide tailored design solutions
• Experience with clienteling, follow-up, needs assessments ans building a sale.
• A passion for home furnishings, décor, and luxury design with a client-oriented mindset
• Retail experience or familiarity with design-based sales and POS systems
• Ability to work on-site in Brentwood, TN, with a professional and team-focused attitude
