Delivery Manager Full Time

Join our team as a Delivery Manager and play a key role in transforming data and engineering initiatives into actionable results. In this strategic, execution-focused position, you’ll lead cross-functional collaboration within a forward-thinking manufacturing and enterprise technology environment, ensuring projects are delivered on time, aligned with business goals, and drive real impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery across data engineering, AI/ML, and software engineering teams.
• Track project progress, timelines, and dependencies to ensure successful execution.
• Identify and resolve blockers, risks, and cross-team challenges.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog grooming).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide regular status updates.
• Support planning, prioritization, and alignment across multiple initiatives.
• Maintain visibility into delivery through reporting, dashboards, and documentation.
• Ensure effective communication across engineering teams, business stakeholders, and leadership.

Required Skills

• Experience in delivery management, project coordination, or program management.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with data platforms, analytics, or engineering teams.
• Exposure to cloud-based or data-driven environments.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams.

Nice To Have

• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or operational technology environments.
• Technical background or ability to understand engineering workflows and systems.

Additional Responsibilities

• Participate in OP monthly team meetings and participate in team-building efforts.
• Contribute to OP technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.
• Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
• Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
