Duties

• Perform thorough residential cleaning, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization to uphold high standards of cleanliness
• Maintain floor care by sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming carpets
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating professionally with clients, addressing their specific needs, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Execute kitchen cleaning duties including sanitizing countertops, appliances, sinks, and ensuring the space is hygienic for daily use.
• Uphold sanitation standards by disinfecting bathrooms, fixtures, and high-touch surfaces regularly throughout the day

Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential cleaning or janitorial roles; hotel or commercial cleaning experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation procedures, and floor care methods
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Familiarity with house cleaning tools and equipment including vacuums, steam cleaners, carpet extractors, and janitorial supplies
