Data Scientist- Gen AI Full Time

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Data Scientist – Generative AI to join our growing AI/ML team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building and deploying Generative AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), machine learning, and advanced analytics techniques. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design AI-driven products, automate workflows, and deliver scalable intelligent solutions for enterprise use cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI and Machine Learning solutions for business applications.
• Build and optimize LLM-powered applications using models such as GPT, Llama, Claude, Gemini, or similar.
• Develop RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines and AI agents.
• Fine-tune foundation models using enterprise datasets and domain-specific knowledge.
• Implement prompt engineering strategies and evaluate model performance.
• Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, and business stakeholders to deliver AI solutions.
• Work with vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search technologies.
• Perform data analysis, feature engineering, and model validation.
• Ensure AI solutions follow responsible AI, governance, security, and compliance standards.
• Stay current with emerging trends in Generative AI, NLP, and machine learning technologies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI development.
• Strong experience with Python and ML/AI libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face, LangChain, or LlamaIndex.
• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI frameworks.
• Experience building APIs and deploying AI solutions in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of vector databases like Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB, or FAISS.
• Strong understanding of NLP, deep learning, and model evaluation techniques.
• Experience with SQL, NoSQL databases, and big data technologies is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI agent frameworks and autonomous workflows.
• Familiarity with MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Exposure to enterprise AI governance and responsible AI practices.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Relevant certifications in AI/ML or cloud platforms are a plus.
