Daily Responsibilities:
- Provide clerical support to the administrative team
- Assist in drafting legal correspondence
- Handle binding and mail distribution
- Utilize legal terminology in daily tasks
- Take dictation and prepare meeting minutes
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in database administration
- GED or equivalent education
- Experience in making travel arrangements
- Knowledge of Microsoft OneNote and budget preparation
- Ability to operate a switchboard and handle Microsoft Publisher
Nice to Have Skills:
- Understanding of office procedures
- Experience with requisitions and purchase orders
- Knowledge of systems administration
- Strong grammar and proofreading skills
- Ability to handle sorting tasks efficiently
Salary and Benefits:
Starting salary for this position ranges from $35,230 to $48,850 annually. In addition, we offer health insurance, life insurance, and paid parental leave to all employees.
