About The Role

The position offers an entry-level opportunity for individuals interested in business support and operational roles within a reputable organization. The role involves verifying and processing data from source documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures. The successful candidate will work remotely, following standard ISO procedures, and perform routine tasks that contribute to the overall efficiency and quality of the company’s data management processes. Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Commitment of up to three weeks of full-time remote training
• Minimum of 40 productive hours per week working from home
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of computer applications
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to meet scheduled deadlines
• Availability for additional virtual training and meetings as needed
• Ability to pass all pre-employment assessments
• Ability to meet and maintain department’s quantity and quality metrics
• High-speed internet capability
• Must be a U.S. citizen

Responsibilities

• Verify data from source documents in accordance with established procedures and rules
• Check entered data against source documents for typographical errors, missing or repeated data, and correct use of composition codes and style rules
• Make necessary corrections, additions, or deletions to ensure data accuracy and compliance
• Assemble files in prescribed sequence, searching entire application for relevant information such as Text, CWU, and Drawings
• Ensure that all products conform to established guidelines and quality standards
• Complete timesheets on a weekly basis to track productivity and work hours
• Follow standard procedures outlined by ISO requirements to maintain quality and consistency
• Perform additional job-related duties as assigned by supervisors
• Work with clearly defined procedures and acquire basic skills to perform routine tasks efficiently
• Support business operations through accurate data entry and verification processes
