The Careers You Can Build

What You’ll Do
- Complete intensive, hands-on instruction led by industry experts
- Earn certifications like GCIH and OSCP
- Work through advanced simulations, labs, and team-based projects
- Develop technical communication skills, including presentations and product demos
- Collaborate with peers and mentors in person, in Dallas
- Transition into a cybersecurity role with one of our partner organizations
The Program in Four Stages
1. In-office training in Dallas
2. Certifications and skills development
3. Special projects and advanced skills work
4. Placement with a partner organization
What We’re Looking For:
No CS degree or prior cybersecurity experience required. What we care about:
- Self-starters with discipline, curiosity, and drive
- Strong problem solvers who thrive in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communicators who work well alone or on a team
- Adaptable and resilient when facing new challenges
- Genuinely interested in launching or advancing a long-term career in cybersecurity
Nice to have, but not required:
- A higher education degree
- An active or eligible security clearance
- Some prior IT or cybersecurity experience
Minimum Eligibility Requirements
- U.S. citizen or permanent resident
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 years old
- Able to pass a 17-panel drug test
- Able to relocate to Dallas, TX (we do provide support for relocation)
- Able to pass financial, civil, and criminal background checks
