What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage incoming support requests, triage emails and calls, create tickets, and resolve issues efficiently
• Research and document solutions to complex issues, collaborating closely with Developers and Business Analysts
• Train clients on new releases and communicate enhancement requests to Product and Development teams
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and webinars to ensure ongoing development and alignment
• Provide real-time assistance and follow up consistently to ensure resolution and client satisfaction

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in technical customer support, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, databases, and remote access tools
• Available to work from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time (PST)
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and client-focused problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and earn trust

• Experience with chatbots, automated ticketing systems, and AI-enhanced help desk platforms
